GENERAL
At the age of 16 I had my first taste with the Games Industry. During my 4th year at high-school, Theaterhavo/vwo, we were asked to do a week-long internship at a company. I was lucky enough to be able to this at GameHouse in Eindhoven. In this short internship I helped develop 'tasks' for Delicious: Bed & Breakfast.
While I might not have made huge attributions to the finalized product, I did learn a lot at a very young age. My time at at GameHouse solidified my early interest in the games industry, and I'm still so glad that I was able to experience it.

-
Created 'tasks', which are actions the player can do with diamonds they collected by doing puzzles.
-
Balanced these tasks to ensure they fit the game-play flow and don't overburden the player.
-
Created new chapters with different themes and goals. Such as a Vineyard, Marketplace, a Well and a Secret Garden.

- CONCLUSION -
Working at GameHouse for a short period on Delicious: Bed & Breakfast was my first contact with the video-game industry. I'm really glad that I was able to experience this at such a young age, and making me even more interested working at a similar studio.
I've gained valuable insights into balancing of game-play tasks, participating in stand-ups and communicating with the team.
